PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and E-check thru Paypal.  We use Paypal because it is the most secure way to handle online transactions.  If you're not familar with Paypal they are the largest and most respected company available to handle online payments.  This is a free service for you, we pay the fee and are happy to do so to give our customers the most secure means of online payments.  If you wish to pay with a credit card, debit card or e-check you can use our convenient shopping cart or simply email, fax or phone your order with your info and we will email you an invoice.  All you do is simply enter your information.  You will receive an email confirming that your payment was received and your order will be shipped asap!  If you prefer to place your order by phone, email or fax, we will be happy to process your credit card payment for you.
We accept money orders and cashiers checks.  These should be mailed to our address located on the bottom of this page.  Orders will be shipped asap upon receipt of payment.
We accept personal checks.  However, it takes approx. 10 days for the check to clear the bank and this will delay your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are very happy to ship internationally.  We ship Airmail Priority for the best shipping rates.  International shipping is so expensive and we realize cost is important to our international customers.  Please note however that Airmail Priority DOES NOT offer a tracking number.  In the event of a lost package we will of course provide documentation showing that the package was in fact shipped, however we will not provide refunds.
REFUNDS
It will always be our intent to satisfy our customers.  You are very important to us!  If you receive an item (non-custom, non-Sale Department) that you are unhappy with, you can return it to the address below, within 15 days for a full refund of your purchase price (we do not refund shipping).  The item must be in the original condition and packed in the original box with all of the included packing material to insure that it arrives undamaged, and shipped via the same carrier you received order with (i.e....FedEx, UPS etc..) INSURED.  We will also be happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same or higher price (from the same department).  You can pay the difference, if there is one, thru our regular payment methods.  
REFUNDS CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges on custom made items.  If the item is lost or damaged during shipping we will of course do whatever is neccessay to help facilitate your insurance claims.  Please remember that the insurance carrier makes the call on claims, we do not.

Because our Hand-Made items are made individually by hand, slight variations may occur.  Nothing that effects the beauty or quality of the item.  If you have any questions concerning this, please email before ordering.
FREE SHIPPING
Whenever possible we will offer FREE SHIPPING.  We will alway post the minimum order amount and other restrictions on our web site.  Please note........if you want to return items purchased with free shipping that have no manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping and will also be required to pay for the original forward shipping.  If you have any questions concerning this please contact us before placing your order.
RESTOCKING FEE
If you wish to return merchandise without a manufacturing defect for a refund we require a 10% restocking fee.
Items Lost/Damaged During Shipping
It is the responsibility of the customer to file claims with the carrier for lost packages or damaged item/s incurred during shipping.  We will however be happy to provide any documentation needed to facilitate this claim.
PACKAGING
Whenever possible we will use recycled boxes and packaging to ship orders.  We want to be an earth friendly company and this is our way of participating in the effort to conserve the environment.
